Auch wenn man sich sicher ist, der geborene Facility-Manager zu sein, wird man weder als Facility-Manager geboren noch durch bloße Theorie zu einem ausgebildet. In meiner täglichen Praxis profitiere ich erheblich von meiner Ausbildung im Handwerk, in der Notfallmedizin sowie dem internationalen Stationen in meiner Ausbildung. Und von meiner Vita als Quereinsteiger und Querdenker, die man im meinem Lebenslauf ablesen kann.

Assumption of responsibility for the technical, infrastructural and commercial operation of a portfolio in Germany with more than 440,000 m² GFA and a value of EUR 1.05 billion.

Management responsibility: Eight facility managers (technical and disciplinary) for more than 340 NORDSEE stores in Germany and Austria

Lecturer at the Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Lecturer for the module “Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) with four semester hours per week.
2008 –
2013
Consultant for CAFM software at Axxerion Services BV, Heteren, Netherlands. Cloud computing provider for facility management, ITIL, real estate, ERP and maintenance software. Established the first 100% web-based CAFM software in the highly competitive German market for facility management software.
