Begin of 2018 I start with two new assignments in Facility Management projects.

One project is about supporting a medium size company in the industry. Attending the construction of one high bay warehouse including the installation of a sprinkler system, I will manage all task regarding Facility Management including maintenance issues. Furthermore I support the final phase of a construction project in The Hague, Netherlands. Shortly you can find more details about those two exciting projects.

The Facility Manager Peter Schmidt at the expo real 2019 in Munich

Also this year the Facility Manager Peter Schmidt will participate as partner of the business development at the most important real estate fair in Germany, the expo real in Munich. From 7 to 9 October, the largest German trade fair for the real estate industry will take place at Messe München on more than 64,000 m² of exhibition space.

EDUCATION TO CERTIFIED EHS MANAGER

The Facility Manager Peter Schmidt has successfully completed the training as a "certified EHS Manager in companies" at the House of Technology in Essen.
