The challenge
For the planned roll-out of computer-aided facility management software, an experienced IT project manager familiar with the content of the software to be implemented was sought. A particular challenge arose from the fact that the four facility service providers already operating in the area had to be involved in the implementation.
The solution
Thanks to his many years of in-depth CAFM and IT experience, facility manager Peter Schmidt was commissioned by H&M to support the medium-sized IT project and establish the corresponding project structures. Together with the client, the CAFM provider and the external facility service providers, the project was successfully completed.
