The challenge
For the head office in Dortmund and many of the special buildings distributed throughout Germany, recurring expert inspections and audits of the service providers carrying out the work were urgently required.
The solution
By outsourcing the audits of the service providers and the organization of expert inspections in accordance with building law to an external specialist, the aforementioned tasks could be implemented more quickly and efficiently. Special projects such as fire protection and the completion and filing of missing inventory documents in the CAFM can also be processed. The tendering of building management services and optimizations in the delegation of duties of employees were also supervised and processed.
