Sustainability

Sustainability is understood to mean that the consumption of raw materials and energy is considered in terms of environmental protection and consideration for future generations. In addition to the purely financial result orientation, companies must also take into account aspects such as biodiversity, healthy workplaces, functioning ecosystems, animal and species protection, compliance with (local) laws relating to occupational health and safety, exclusion of child labor, freedom of association for employees and other sustainable factors. The aim of sustainability is to reconcile economic activity with a balanced consumption of resources.
