Facility Manager Peter Schmidt will once again be at the Federal conference on operator responsibility from 20.05. to 21.05.2025 in Fulda will present his experiences with this topic to the audience. The presentation will cover all the complex tasks involved in operator responsibility and will illustrate the implementation using the new prizeotel building in Münster (now Prize by Radisson Münster) as an example of the commissioning phase in summer 2022, reflecting the technical, commercial and infrastructural challenges in the station environment of a major city with more than 320,000 inhabitants.
